I joined Keller Williams Realty Katy @ Cinco Ranch on September 1, 2009. Prior to this move, I was with an independently owned and operated franchise in Katy (dependent model.) This was a change that I thought about and planned for almost a year.  I ultimately realized my choices were between Re/Max (independent model) and Keller Williams Realty (inter-dependent model).  I chose Keller Williams Realty because to me, it was “the best of both worlds”. 
 
Not only does Keller Williams have a great team and family environment, the networking and learning opportunities are limitless.  In addition to the on-going training offered in my office, I have to attended my first Family Reunion, Mega Camp, and BOLD (Business Organization:  Leadership by Design). I know the systems and models that I am learning now will support my goals no matter how far I want to take my business.

“What you heard about Keller Williams Premier is all true!  Well I really don't know what you heard so maybe I shouldn't say that.  What I can tell you is the company Keller Williams Realty is the most innovative and agent friendly company as far as large companies.  There are better commission splits out there but they don't give you the tools to take your business to the highest level.  KW combines a very good commission split with the support and education to achieve at your highest level.  As far as this office is concerned, I believe it has the best training calendar of all KW offices.  Even I, an agent licensed for 22 years go to many classes to do a better job for my clients or to learn better ways of generating business.  AND, it has great people. Good luck on your decision, but this office is the only right one.”
