SYSTEMS TRAINING - Behind every great Realtor® is a great system. Productivity Coaching takes what you’ve started in CAMP 443 and helps you put it into action. From 8x8’s and 33 Touches, to 10-5-15-5, your coach will help you implement the systems that have been making Keller Williams Mega Agents successful for years.
MOTIVATIONAL TRAINING - Truth be told, every agent experiences a time in their career when they just can’t seem to “break through”. Productivity Coaches help you meet, even exceed your goals through motivational training and exercises. SIMPLE FEE STRUCTURE - In Keeping with the Keller Williams models, your coaching program maintains a simple pay as you go fee structure designed for a win – win result. Agents may enroll in coaching at any time.
