Q: Do you have a mentor program?
A: We have a Productivity Coach whose only responsibility is to work with agents enrolled in his business coaching program.  Call today to find our more.

Q: How quickly do I get my commission check?
A: Normally at closing. (If all paperwork is complete.)
 
Q: What do I pay and are there any hidden fees?
A: $70 per month for recurring fees, $.50 per color copy, $.05 blk/wht copy, cost of any supplies you purchase. There are NO hidden fees, all costs are itemized on your monthly Associate Invoice.
 
Q: Do I have to get my own Errors & Omissions Insurance?
A: No, you can choose 1 of 3 E&O Insurance options we offer that best meets your needs; $300 annually, $35 monthly, or $40 per transaction.
 
Q: What start-up expenses can I expect when joining your office?
A:  $349 - One-time fee Inlcudes training materials, start-up marketing materials, enrollment fees, etc.
 
 
Q:  What on-going fees can I expect if I join your office?
A:  Our agents pay a base monthly invoice of $70.  We do bill-back for consumables such as copies.
 
 
Q: Do you charge fees for company referrals?
A: No, there are no penalties for accepting company referrals.
 
Q: Am I required to recommend your vendors?
A: No, we have built relationships with excellent individuals and companies but you are under no obligation to use them. 
 
Q: How long does it take to transfer my license?
A: Once the applicant has passed both the National and State portions of the licensing exam AND the sponsorship form is faxed to the Texas Real Estate Commission, the license should arrive within 10 days.
 
Q: Can I switch brokers without losing business?
A: Absolutely, we do all of the transfer work for you and our systems allow you to seamlessly continue to service your customers without having to reinvent your business. 
 
Q: What do I do next?
A: After meeting with the Team Leader or Assistant Team Leader and deciding together that Keller Williams Realty Katy @ Cinco Ranch is a good fit, schedule an appointment with our Director of Agent Services to get the sponsorship completed, purchase the Quick Start Kit, and complete the application packet.
 
Q: When can I start attending training?
A: Once the licensing exam is passed, sponsorship and appropriate paperwork has been completed, and the Quick Start Kit has been purchased, training may be attended.  Just remember...you may NOT practice real estate until the license is in our hands!
